  Contract cutting services meet the needs of customers who need workpieces for research and development and those with small volume, multi-product cutting needs that do not justify purchase of a machine. Our professional expertise will provide the optimum cut for every material.

• For-Fee Test Cuts

  

  To select the optimum cutting machine for your workpiece, we recommend first making a test cut on actual equipment.
  You can confirm the cutting process and the result on the spot.

• Maintenance and Repair

  

  From deployment to follow-up, we provide total support to you over the long haul.
  Please consult us about not only set up at deployment, repair and inspection, but relocation support as well.

• Refurbishing

  

  The long life and high durability of our cutting machines is a source of pride, and refurbishing can extend machine life even further. We also refurbish some DISCO Corporation products, for which we have received product rights.

• Blade Sales

  

  The choice of blade is important in achieving highly precise cutting. We recommend the optimal "precision diamond blade" for your workpiece.

• Used Equipment Purchase and Sales

  

  We have launched a department dedicated to the purchase and sale of used cutting machines, dicing saws and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We maintain, calibrate and refurbish the products we purchase on site at YAC DAStech.
